Day 8: A song I know all the words too…for some reason i know all the words to this song even though I don’t like it. So I’m posting a video of the Bluecoats playing it instead because it is way better than the real song…and because I’m a marching band nerd.

There is a reason I said I’d be happy alone. It wasnt because I thought I would be happy alone. It was because I thought if I loved someone and then it fell apart, I might not make it. It’s easier to be alone. Because what if you learn that you need love? And then you don’t have it. What if you like it? And lean on it? What if you shape your life around it? And then it falls apart? Can you even survive that kind of pain? Losing love is like organ damage. It’s like dying. The only difference is, death ends. This? It could go on forever …

Mini Protein Berry Cheesecakes

  • 1 small 170g tub of 0% Total Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of quark (or cottage cheese)
  • 1 tbsp of coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of mulberries (or any other dried berry)
  • 2 fresh organic eggs
  • 1/4 cup of vanilla whey

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients together.
  2. Add 1 cup of fresh blackberries.
  3. Mix berries in with fork/spoon instead of blending.
  4. Pour the mix into your mold/s.
  5. Bake at 170º C (340º F) for about 35 minutes. 
  6. Take them out, let them cool, eat them.

  • Calories: 58.7
  • Fat: 1.6g
  • Carbs: 4.4g
  • Protein: 6.5g
